This is a close up of a human looking alien female called "Mona Lisa". Her fully intact frozen body was purportedly retrieved from an ancient crash on the lunar surface by American and Russian astronauts during a secret Moon reconnaissance mission in the 1970s. She appeared to be the ship's pilot.
