Recently NBC News's Dan Rather interviewed Natallia Radzina, editor-in-chief of the democratic, pro-opposition Belarusian newspaper, Charter97.org. After being arrested following the December 2010 rigged presidential elections, Natallia eventually escaped Belarus to Russia, and then sought refuge in Lithuania, where she was given asylum.
